Shipping Policy
Overview
Please refer to individual product shipping timeframes. High demand on certain items may delay processing.
UK Orders:
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your shipment confirmation and tracking info.
Deliveries are usually 1-3 working days from time of dispatch.
Outside the UK:
- Shipping costs vary based on your address.
- Delivery timeframes: 3-20 working days, depending on your country.
- International orders are processed from our UK depot.
Customs and Duties:
- Buyer is responsible for all customs and duties. Von Dutch UK & Von Dutch Loves is not accountable for these charges.
- We cannot be held responsible if your order is held at your country's customs or processing center.
EU Orders:
- EU orders may incur import tax, VAT, and handling fees. Von Dutch UK & Von Dutch Loves is not responsible for these charges.
- If you refuse to pay customs and the parcel is returned, import taxes will be deducted from your refund.
- No refund if the parcel is lost after rejecting import tax.
Missing Orders:
- If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery period, contact us at hello@vondutchloves.com
- Refunds/exchanges are available for missing orders within 30 working days
